"BEFORE USING THIS MEDICINE:
* Inform your Doctor or Pharmacist if you are allergic to any prescription or
non-prescription medicine; taking other medicines or have other medical
problems; pregnant planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
* Check with your Doctor Pharmacists or Nurse if information in this
leaflet causes you special concern or if you want additional information
about your medicine and its use.
* Inform your doctor if you have any of these conditions : SEIZURES.
COMMON USE FOR THIS MEDICINE:
1- For the treatment of PEDICULUS CAPITIS [HEAD LOUSE]
2- For the treatment of PHTHIRUS PUBIS [PUBIC LOUSE]
3- For the treatment of SCABIES
HOW TO USE THIS MEDICINE:
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label unless instructed
differently by your doctor
* SHAMPOO: SHAKE WELL before using.
* Leave medication on applied area as directed (usually 8-12 hours for LOTION
and CREAM or 4-5 minutes for SHAMPOO).
* After specified time wash medication off thoroughly.
* FOR HEAD LICE: Use fine-toothed comb to remove lice and eggs from hair.
* Patient should read specific ""PATIENT INFORMATION"" provided with this
medicine before starting treatment and each time their prescription is
renewed.
HOW TO STORE THIS MEDICINE:
Keep in original closed container in a dark cool and dry place away from
children. Discard unneeded medicine.
CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY IF YOU EXPERIENCE:
Skin rash; Jerkings of face trunk or extremities; Swelling; Burning
sensation.
OTHER SIDE EFFECTS:
Dizziness; Headache; Nausea; Restlessness; Vomiting; Skin inflammation;
Decreased formation of red blood cells; Irregular heartbeat; Liver
inflammation; Bloody or dark urine; Pulmonary edema.
If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome check with your
doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE CALL YOUR DOCTOR
IMMEDIATELY.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
* There are no adequate or well-controlled safety studies in pregnant women.
NOTIFY YOUR DOCTOR IF PREGNANT or intend to become pregnant.
* Family members and close contacts may also need to be treated.
* For EXTERNAL use only. Do not apply to the face and avoid contacting eyes
nose mouth or open cuts.
* Wash clothing bedding. and towels in hot water then dry in hot dryer.
* Notify your doctor if condition worsens or shows no improvement.
* Sexual partners should also be treated."
