How much does shipping cost?
We require a small shipping fee of $5.99 for upto 3 Medications and $1.00 each additional caped at $20.00. We conveniently ship to your home, office or trusted friend or family member. You can save even more by placing your spouse's order at the same time and advise us to ship them together. The more you order – the more you save. Call us or add a note to each order indicating that you would prefer to have the orders shipped together. We will do our best to ship them in one package to save you money, although that is not always possible.
How long will it take to get my prescription?
Once we receive your prescription and payment information, your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped to you. It normally takes 3-7 days. We ship orders Monday thru Friday. Please call for cod and overnight shipping costs and availability.
How Do I Return Something to Zip Drugs?
IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns on prescription items because it's illegal for us to reuse or resell them. Safety is our priorty.
Returning Non-Prescription Items
You may return unopened and undamaged Non-Prescription products within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund (minus shipping). Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Before you return a non-prescription item, please contact customer service by phone. We will need to know your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):
- Damaged
- Incorrect item shipped
- Dissatisfaction (please explain)
- Other (please explain)
A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item. Orders returned after 21 days may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
