How do I get my prescription(s) mailed to me?

How much does shipping cost?
We require a small shipping fee of $5.99 for up to 3 Medications and $1.00 each additional capped at $20.00. We conveniently ship to your home, office or trusted friend or family member. You can save even more by placing your spouse's order at the same time and advise us to ship them together. The more you order – the more you save. Call us or add a note to each order indicating that you would prefer to have the orders shipped together. We will do our best to ship them in one package to save you money on shipping costs, although that is not always possible.
How long will it take to get my prescription?
Once we receive your prescription and payment information, your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped to you. It normally takes 3-7 days. We ship orders Monday thru Friday. Please call for overnight shipping costs and availability.
What if my medicine is not on the list?
You can ask your doctor if there is a another drug available that will provide the same benefit. Please contact our helpdesk at Office@zipdrugs.com to make sure you have the newest list of medicines available.
How do I get refills?
If you have refills written for your prescription, you need to contact us either by fax, e-mail refill@zipdrugs.com or contact us at our Office@zipdrugs.com as they come due. You should contact us roughly two weeks before the refill is due.
