Ordering Medications is Safe and Easy!

Choose one of the three simple methods below to order your medications from ZipDrugs.com:


    Option 1: Order Securely Over the Internet

Order directly through this web site. We use 128 bit encryption for your security.

  1. Locate your medication by entering the name of the drug you require and click the GO button, or search alphabetically by clicking on the first letter of the drug.

  2. Select your drug, dosage and quantity from the search results, and click on Add To Cart.

  3. When you have added all of the medications that you need to your shopping cart, click on Checkout and proceed through our simple 4-step checkout process. When prompted:

    1. Complete your customer and address information.
    2. Complete your billing information and confirm your order.
    3. Choose your preferred method of completing your health profile (online, by mail/fax, e-mail or have us call you back).
    4. Submit your order.  

  4. ZipDrugs.com will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. Please save this confirmation email as it contains your order confirmation number and receipt.

  5. Remember that we can only dispense orders accompanied by a valid prescription. We still need you to fax, mail, or email us a copy of your prescription(s). Alternatively, you can choose for us to call your doctor for your prescription(s) by selecting the "Call My Doctor" option on your customer registration or your doctor Fax your prescription to  (718)996-2399 .

    Please mail us your prescription after you have faxed or emailed it to us. We will process your first order immediately with the faxed prescription, however, we will require the original prescription(s) to send you refills. A fax from your doctor's office is considered an original prescription.

    Option 2: Order By Phone

    Option 3: Order By Fax or Mail

  1. Complete, print and sign your Order Form. Send the forms and copy of your prescription(s) via fax to 718-996-2399 or mail to :

    Please mail us your original prescription after you have faxed or emailed it to us. We will process your first order immediately with the faxed prescription, however, we will require the original prescription(s) to send you refills. A fax from your doctor's office is considered an original prescription.

  2. Payment is required before we can begin processing your prescription order. If you have chosen to mail in your forms and prescription(s), you may include a personal check, international money order or cashier's check payable to Zip Marketing.

  3. Please note that mailing your order details adds approximately 7 business days to the time necessary to receive your order. Once we receive your order forms with your prescription(s) and payment, we will begin processing your order immediately and you will receive your order within 14-21 business days.


Regardless of the method you choose to order your US prescription drugs, ZipDrugs will only dispense orders that are accompanied by a valid prescription(s) from a US licensed physician. As such, we require a valid copy of your prescription with adequate refills on it, which you can mail, fax, or email to us. Please mail us your prescription after you have faxed or emailed it to us. We will process your first order immediately with the faxed prescription, however, we will require the original prescription(s) to send you refills. A doctor's fax is considered an original prescription.

We will process your order in 1-3 business days, upon receiving all of your required information. Given that there are no issues with your order (eg. discrepencies while verifying your prescriptions, processing payment, etc.) you should receive your order within 7-14 business days.
