BEFORE USING THIS MEDICINE:
* Inform your Doctor or Pharmacist if you are allergic to any prescription or

KIDNEY DISEASE; THYROID problem.
COMMON USE FOR THIS MEDICINE:
1- For the symptomatic treatment of DEPRESSION
2- As an adjunctive therapy in the treatment of ENURESIS
HOW TO USE THIS MEDICINE:
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label unless instructed
differently by your doctor
* This medicine can be taken with or without food REGARDLESS of meal times.
If stomach upset occurs take with food.
* Use this medicine for the full prescribed treatment period.
* Do not DISCONTINUE this medicine ABRUPTLY after prolonged usage.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU MISS A DOSE:
Take when remembered unless time for next dose. No double doses.
HOW TO STORE THIS MEDICINE:
Keep in original closed container in a dark cool and dry place away from
children. Discard unneeded medicine.
STOP TAKING THIS MEDICINE AND GET EMERGENCY HELP IMMEDIATELY IF ANY OF THE
FOLLOWING OCCURS (SEE SYMPTOMS BELOW):
Jerkings of face trunk or extremities; Loss of bladder control; Muscle
weakness; Narrowing of airway passage; Difficulty breathing.
OTHER SIDE EFFECTS:
Drowsiness; Decreased appetite; Dry mouth; Difficult urination; Sedation;
Rapid heart rate; High blood pressure; Fever; Increased eye pressure; Acne;
Stomach discomfort or pain; Jitteriness; Irregular heartbeat; Anxiety;
Feeling uncoordinated; Abnormal blood cell count; Blurred vision; Cough;
Confusion; Constipation; Skin inflammation; Difficulty swallowing; Diarrhea;
Indigestion; Dizziness; Swelling of feet or lower legs; Nose bleeding;
Unusual movements of eye face limb; Unusual tiredness or weakness; Gas;
Inflammation of the tongue; Enlargement of the breasts in males; Headache;
Hallucinations; Impotence; Difficulty falling asleep; Itching; Liver
problems; Dilation of the pupil; Menstrual irregularities; Myocardial
infarction; Nausea; Nasal congestion; Nightmares; Urinating at night;
Nervousness; Numbness; Numbness or tingling in hands and feet; Increased
sensitivity to sunlight; Paralysis of the intestine; Inflammation of the
pharynx; Dizziness when getting up; Burning pain tingling or numbness; Skin
rash; Restlessness; Inflammation of the sinuses; Mouth ulcers; Loss of
consciousness (fainting); Ringing in ears; Shakiness; Change in taste;
Urinary frequency; Vomiting.
If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome check with your
doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE CALL YOUR DOCTOR
IMMEDIATELY.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
* There are no adequate or well-controlled safety studies in pregnant women.
