"BEFORE USING THIS MEDICINE:
* Inform your Doctor or Pharmacist if you are allergic to any prescription or
non-prescription medicine; taking other medicines or have other medical
problems; pregnant planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
* Check with your Doctor Pharmacists or Nurse if information in this
leaflet causes you special concern or if you want additional information
about your medicine and its use.
COMMON USES FOR THIS MEDICINE:
1- For the relief of symptoms associated with OSTEOARTHRITIS LOCALIZED NOT
SPECIFIED WHETHER PRIMARY/SECONDARY in patients who fail to respond to
conventional therapy.
HOW TO USE THIS MEDICINE:
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label unless instructed
differently by your doctor
* This medication is usually given by injection and administered by a
healthcare professional.
* Do not open the package until you are ready to use this medication.
* Patient should read specific ""PATIENT INFORMATION"" provided with this
medicine before starting treatment and each time their prescription is
renewed.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU MISS A DOSE:
Take when remembered unless time for next dose. No double doses.
HOW TO STORE THIS MEDICINE:
Keep in original closed container in a dark cool and dry place away from
children. Discard unneeded medicine.
CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY IF YOU EXPERIENCE:
Skin rash.
OTHER SIDE EFFECTS:
Diarrhea; Headache; Burning pain tingling or numbness; Nausea; Respiratory
infection; Generalized pain; Joint pain; Dizziness; Stomach discomfort or
pain; Back pain; Flu-like symptoms; Leg pain / cramps; Weight loss; Baldness;
Injection site pain; Itching.
If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome check with your
doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE CALL YOUR DOCTOR
IMMEDIATELY.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
* STOP TAKING MEDICINE & GET EMERGENCY HELP IMMEDIATELY IF A
HYPERSENSITIVITY OR ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION occurs: (see symptoms below):-
* shortness of breath fast or irregular breathing fever joint pain fast
pulse lightheadedness or fainting swelling of face hives & itching.
* DO NOT TAKE if you are allergic or ever had an unusual reaction to egg
products feathers or other avian products .
* Avoid any strenuous activities or prolonged weight-bearing activities such
as jogging or tennis within 48 hours of injection.
* Safety of use during pregnancy has not been established. This medicine
SHOULD NOT BE USED DURING PREGNANCY unless benefit justifies potential risk
to the fetus. CALL YOUR DOCTOR."
