"BEFORE USING THIS MEDICINE:
* Inform your Doctor or Pharmacist if you are allergic to any prescription or
non-prescription medicine; taking other medicines or have other medical
problems; pregnant planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
* Check with your Doctor Pharmacists or Nurse if information in this
leaflet causes you special concern or if you want additional information
about your medicine and its use.
* Inform your doctor if you have any of these conditions : INFECTION;
TUBERCULOSIS; MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS.
COMMON USE FOR THIS MEDICINE:
1- For the treatment of moderate to severe RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS used alone or
in combination with other agents.
HOW TO USE THIS MEDICINE:
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label unless instructed
differently by your doctor
* Patient should read specific ""PATIENT INFORMATION"" provided with this
medicine before starting treatment and each time their prescription is
renewed.
* The patient may self-administer the INJECTION. Follow doctors instructions
for administration and proper disposal of syringes and needles carefully.
* DO NOT use if solution is discolored or contains particles. Solution must
be clear and colorless-to-white.
* PRESERVATIVE FREE formulation: Use each vial only once.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU MISS A DOSE:
Administer when remembered unless time for next dose. No double doses.
HOW TO STORE THIS MEDICINE:
Refrigerate in original container away from children. Do not freeze. Discard
unneeded medicine.
STOP TAKING THIS MEDICINE AND GET EMERGENCY HELP IMMEDIATELY IF ANY OF THE
FOLLOWING OCCURS (SEE SYMPTOMS BELOW):
Severe allergic reaction; Difficulty breathing.
CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY IF YOU EXPERIENCE:
Infection; Chest pain; Burning pain tingling or numbness; Visual
disturbances; Skin rash.
OTHER SIDE EFFECTS:
Injection site pain; Injection site redness or swelling; Headache; Stomach
discomfort or pain; Nausea; Inflammation of the sinuses; Flu-like symptoms;
Back pain.
If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome check with your
doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE CALL YOUR DOCTOR
IMMEDIATELY.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
* STOP TAKING MEDICINE & GET EMERGENCY HELP IMMEDIATELY IF A
HYPERSENSITIVITY OR ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION occurs: (see symptoms below):-
* shortness of breath fast or irregular breathing fever joint pain fast
pulse lightheadedness or fainting swelling of face hives & itching.
* There are no adequate or well-controlled safety studies in pregnant women.
NOTIFY YOUR DOCTOR IF PREGNANT or intend to become pregnant.
* Notify your doctor if signs of INFECTION develops (eg fever sore throat
chills or unusual bruising or bleeding).
* Stop using and contact MD if symptoms of PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY develop
(pain tingling burning numbness and/or weakness).
* Report the use of any other prescription or nonprescription medicines
including natural/herbal remedies to your doctor.
* LUPUS-like syndromes(rash difficulty breathing arthritis) or
