"BEFORE USING THIS MEDICINE:
* Inform your Doctor or Pharmacist if you are allergic to any prescription or
non-prescription medicine; taking other medicines or have other medical

COMMON USE FOR THIS MEDICINE:
1- For the treatment of CARCINOMA IN BREAST after failure of prior
chemotherapy.
HOW TO USE THIS MEDICINE:
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label unless instructed
differently by your doctor
* This medication is usually given by injection and administered by a
healthcare professional.
* Patient should read specific ""PATIENT INFORMATION"" provided with this
medicine before starting treatment and each time their prescription is
renewed.
* To reconstitute SWIRL DO NOT SHAKE.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU MISS A DOSE:
Take when remembered unless time for next dose. No double doses.
HOW TO STORE THIS MEDICINE:
Keep in original closed container in a dark cool and dry place away from
children. Discard unneeded medicine.
OTHER SIDE EFFECTS:
Abnormally low platelet count; Anemia; Liver functional problem; Numbness or
tingling in hands and feet; Low blood pressure; Ulcer of mouth and other gi
sites; Diarrhea; Vomiting; Nausea; Joint pain; Muscle pain; Muscle weakness;
Baldness; Fluid retention; Difficulty breathing; Slowness of heartbeat;
Unusual bleeding or bruising; Liver problems; Abnormal blood cell count.
If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome check with your
doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE CALL YOUR DOCTOR
IMMEDIATELY.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
* This medicine is CONTRAINDICATED for use during pregnancy. CALL YOUR DOCTOR
IMMEDIATELY IF PREGNANT or intend to become pregnant.
* Discontinue use and notify doctor at the first sign of a skin rash or other
allergic reaction.
* Men and women wishing to have children should discontinue this medication
and undergo a drug elimination procedure to minimize birth defects."
